Painting is something I have been doing for a long time now. I got the itch a long time ago when I would watch my brother draw & render some amazing pieces, after that I was truly hooked. It started with small drawings in pencil & pen, then I began experimenting with poster paint & acrylics. I've been using oils for about 10 years now. I prefer this medium as it allows me to make several semi-transparent layers that reflect light in very interesting ways. I view painting & art in general as a vehicle to explain the unexplainable. Early on I would hide all my drawings because they were so personal, like a visual diary. Now I want to show as much work as possible while I'm on this planet.
